Common Questions and Answers for Clients

Employers looking for staff and using an agency for the first time also have several questions they need answered.

What is the procedure for registering our temp and permanent vacancy with you?

We will need detailed instructions from you such as a job description and remuneration package and discuss the type of candidate you are looking for. Our preference is to meet in person, as this allows us to view your premises if not done previously and get a better of idea of the team environment should this apply. Face to face meetings aren’t always viable, and in such cases a thorough job description can be discussed over the telephone or via eĀ­mail.

How quickly can you provide CVs?

Once we receive the detailed job description from you we will search our extensive candidate database and send you CVs of any candidates that we feel match the position and the company.

How do we arrange interviews for permanent vacancies?

Once you have looked at the CVs and highlighted those that you feel are best suited, contact us and we will arrange a mutually convenient time for you to conduct the interview.

What procedures do we follow with regard to offering a permanent position?

If you want to offer a candidate a position you should contact us with details of the job offer. We will then put this to the candidate and liaise between you until you are both satisfied with the offer. We will then confirm acceptance to you both in writing.

How do we pay for temporary staff?

We will send you weekly invoices detailing the candidate supplied, hours worked and rate charged per hour. This invoice must be paid within 14 days unless agreed otherwise. As a company, Close Resource Management Ltd has always believed in paying any temp/contract staff on a weekly basis. Should this arrangement not suit for any reason, it can be changed at short notice.
